Meet Kelly

I am a mental & relational wellness expert who specializes in women’s health and people-pleasing. I’ve always been someone to challenge the status quo and my boutique coaching practice is no different.

I started coaching because I noticed a gap in the mental health marketplace, with therapy often taking too long and with too little action, and with coaching being too superficial due to quick-fixes that don’t last. I founded Ppl Plzer Probs to create a solution that provides deep insights + tangible actions, made for women and built by a woman.

“Finding yourself” is actually returning to yourself. An unlearning, an excavation, a remembering of who you were before the world got its hands on you.

My Philosophy

  • Our brains have an infuriating habit of equating safety with familiarity. We will always be more likely to choose something we know, but is unhelpful over something we don’t know, but could be better for us. And yet, if you’re here, it’s because you’ve realized something isn’t working. And it’s not you or how hard you’ve tried, it’s the tools you’ve been using. So let’s do something new so we can work smarter, not harder.

  • Because of above ^ growth requires a willingness to get uncomfortable. I promise you that the short-term discomfort of progress is far less than the discomfort of staying the same.

  • I’ve always been a big believer that love requires tough conversations communicated with compassion. I try to be equal parts hype woman and truth teller because both are needed for real change. So no, I won’t tell you that personal growth is going to be easy, because nothing of significant value in life is, but I’ll be here to support you through it.

  • My goal in sharing some of my experiences is not to outline the “right way” for you to live. You’ve spent too long living your life according to other people’s wants, needs, and rules. A lot of the work is you determining for yourself what you really want & need and taking small steps to making that a reality. I’m here to be a guide in helping you reflect on how certain behaviors and mindsets are holding you back and helping you replace those with greater awareness and skills so you can close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

While my coaching is based on psychological principles, this is not therapy.

Coaching is biased towards action and getting yourself unstuck.
