  • Once you sign up, you’ll be sent a welcome email with all the information you need to know.. You’ll have unlimited access to the recorded content. If you’re impatient like me and want to do a deep-dive into all of the content, you absolutely can! Or you can take it one week at a time - it’s up to you!

    Weekly coaching calls are on Tuesday’s from 6-7:30 PM CST and Thursday’s from 2:30-4 CST. If you can’t attend, you can always submit questions in the community forum to be answered by Kelly.

  • Investment: $1000 (or 3 payments of $333)

    • 2 hours of engaging, recorded psychoeducational content: $350

    For reference, an average therapy session costs $125+ per hour. This program includes 24 total hours of live access to expert advice ($41 per hour) + additional access via Slack during work hours.

  • There’s immeasurable value of being surrounded, motivated, and inspired by others in times of change. If you’d like additional 1:1 support, you can pay for the program in full and receive an included 45 minute 1:1 session with me.

  • Coaching is biased to action. If you’re wanting to take small, but tangible steps towards changing how you relate to yourself and others so you can have closer, more authentic relationships - this is for you. Being “ready” doesn’t mean not being scared, hesitant, or anxious. It means feeling those things and choosing to respond to those feelings differently by doing the scary thing anyways. The difference between those that we look at as stereotypically “successful” or “confident” and others isn’t that they feel less anxiety or less fear. It’s that they don’t let those feelings prevent them from taking the risk.

  • You’re not a bad person for being a people-pleaser! Most people-pleasers are incredibly kind, thoughtful, sensitive, loving, hard-working - I could go on and on. You’re not a “bad” person for being a people-pleaser - it just creates a lot of unhappiness.

    The problem is people-pleasing doesn’t work in the long-term. It decreases the connection and trust in your relationships, increases your anxiety, increases your burnout, negatively impacts your self-esteem, etc.

  • Due to how much your experience rests on our willingness to engage with the program, we don’t offer refunds. But I’m dedicated to ensuring you get out what you give in this program! I’m happy to discuss any/all questions or concerns in hopes of improving your experience.

  • I won’t say it’s better, but it’s different and different things work for different people. Personally, I know that books, courses, and content have helped me countless times in shifting my perspective, but rarely changes my behavior. So if you find that you’re not able to move the needle after scrolling for tips on TikTok or reading a self-help book, this program allows for some extra accountability and support from an expert in the field + community of women going through something similar.

    I full-heartedly believe in the power of therapy. It’s an incredibly powerful and effective tool for many. Coaching is different from therapy in a few main ways:

    • Biased to action and taking small steps forward

    • Not used to treat mental health disorders, trauma, or addiction

    • Typically, more $ upfront, but big savings long-term due to condensed time frame

    • More hands-on and increased flexibility vs. 1x a week or bi-weekly cadence

This program is backed in psychological science and theory. I’ve read all the books, articles, and research studies and compiled them into a cohesive and holistic framework that is easy to understand and implement.
